E-commerce Website Development in Lebanon

Online stores built for how people in Lebanon actually buy: on a phone, in Arabic or English, paying by card, by cash on delivery or over WhatsApp.

Starting from $1,800

E-commerce development is building an online store: the product pages, cart, checkout and payments, and the back office where you manage orders.

An online store has one job: turn visitors into orders. That takes more than a product grid. It takes fast pages on mobile data, clear prices, a checkout that works with the payment methods your customers trust, and a back office your team can run without calling a developer.

We design and build online stores for retailers, brands, restaurants and wholesalers in Lebanon and the region, then help you run and grow them after launch.

What you get

  • A store designed around your products: layouts, photos and product pages that sell, not a template with your logo on it
  • Mobile first: most orders start on a phone, so every page is designed and tested for small screens first
  • Arabic and English: a full right-to-left Arabic version when you need one, with its own search-friendly pages
  • Payments that work in Lebanon: cash on delivery, card payments through a gateway available to Lebanese businesses, and prices in USD or LBP
  • WhatsApp ordering: a button that sends the cart or product straight to your WhatsApp, for customers who prefer to chat
  • Delivery options: zones, fees and free delivery thresholds set up to match how you ship
  • Easy management: add products, change prices and follow orders yourself, with training at handover
  • SEO and analytics: clean product pages, structured data for Google, and tracking that shows which products and channels sell

Shopify, WooCommerce or custom?

We recommend the platform that fits your store, not the one we prefer to build on.

  • Shopify: quick to launch and easy to run, with a monthly subscription. Shopify Payments is not available in Lebanon, so you use a third-party gateway, which can add fees per order.
  • WooCommerce (WordPress): no platform subscription and full control, but it needs hosting and regular maintenance.
  • Custom: for stores with special rules, such as wholesale pricing, product builders or deep integrations with your systems.

We explain the running costs of each option in writing before you choose.

How a project runs

  1. Discovery: your products, customers, payments, delivery and the platform that fits.
  2. Design: the home page, category, product, cart and checkout, approved by you before we build.
  3. Build: development, payments, delivery rules and content entry, with a test store you can try.
  4. Launch: final checks on real phones, analytics set up and training for your team.
  5. After launch: optional website maintenance to keep the store updated and secure.

Most stores take 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the number of products and how quickly content and approvals come in.

What it costs

Online stores start from $1,800. The price depends on the platform, the number of products and variants, the payment and delivery setup, whether you need Arabic and English, and any custom features. Platform subscriptions, hosting, payment fees and paid apps are separate. See the website cost guide for how this compares with other projects.
